Trillium Natural Medicine has permanently closed on August 31st, 2022. Dr Kraft has joined the new Suquamish Tribe Medical Clinic in Suquamish. This new clinic is only for Suquamish Tribal members, and so he will no longer be able to see current patients after August 31st, 2022.
Current patients will have access to their chart notes and shared labs through Portal Connect through the end of the membership period they were originally set up with, which coincides with their first office visit with Dr Kraft.
